Skid-mouted System MVR Evaporator is a standardized product that integrates the high efficiency and energy-saving characteristics of MVR evaporating equipment with the convenience of skid-mounted equipment. It is divided into concentration type and crystallization type. Compared to traditional evaporators, it has many advantages such as compact structure, small footprint, quick and convenient on-site assembly, easy maintenance, and low operating costs. The concentration type product is mainly used for brine concentration, emulsion concentration to saturation, and other scenarios that require concentration; the crystallization type product can be used for high-salt water concentration and crystallization, particularly suitable for treating more complex wastewater.
Traditional mobile evaporators occupy large space, involve significant installation construction work, have long installation periods, and high labor costs, which seriously impact companies with tight schedules. The skid-mounted mobile evaporators have emerged as effective tools to address urgent needs for such enterprises. Geeking Technology's skid-mounted MVR system evaporator products are mature in performance, complete in specifications, available in stock, and have been widely used in hazardous waste, lithium battery, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electroplating wastewater, and zero discharge of industrial wastewater sectors.
Treatment capacity
The total wastewater treatment volume of your company, divided by the daily operating hours, gives the evaporation capacity. Evaporators generally run continuously for 24 hours.
For example: if the water volume Q you need to evaporate is 20t/d, and the daily operation time is 24 hours, then the evaporation capacity of the evaporator W=Q/24=20/24=0.83t/h, rounded up, you can choose an evaporator with an evaporation capacity of 1t/h.
Plate VS tubular type
Tubular evaporators are more versatile and have a wider application range. In simpler terms, materials that can be processed by plate evaporators can also be handled by tubular evaporators. However, materials that can be processed by tubular evaporators may not always be suitable for plate evaporators. Plate evaporators are suitable for concentration and crystallization of high-salt wastewater where organic matter concentration is not high, the flowability of materials is good after enrichment, and the viscosity does not significantly increase.
Under equivalent conditions, plate MVR evaporators are more efficient than tubular evaporators, occupy relatively less space, and are easier to maintain and clean.
Concentration type VS crystallization type
Concentration type evaporators are mainly used to increase material concentration, to achieve a specific concentration point, and are more commonly used in the food, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries, such as for concentrating peach juice, apple juice, and traditional Chinese medicine extracts, as well as for reducing low-salinity wastewater. The crystallization type evaporators are primarily used for evaporative crystallization, to increase concentration through evaporation, and to crystallize and separate dissolved inorganic salts from raw materials, which necessitates choosing crystallization type evaporators.
Standard version VS high-spec version
The standard version uses cost-effective component suppliers suitable for scenarios with relatively lenient operating conditions.
The high-spec version uses some joint venture or high-end brands as suppliers, suitable for scenarios with stringent continuous operation requirements, such as continuous operation for no less than 15 days, etc.
